I discovered yoga a year ago, after someone had recommended it to me and it did magic for my body. I had back pain and I was very stressed. But luckily I found a lot of relief through yoga, both for the physical pain as well as for the psychological stress. And I just felt like I needed to give this to other people too. Because it’s such a gift to have like a secret practice that allows you to have time with yourself, to discover your body, your strengths, your limits, your pains but also to discover your inner self.
So, I did my Yoga Teacher Training in Greece with Yogaunion. And I discovered that I really enjoy teaching. It’s so nice to feel like you are enriching the people around you. And that is exactly what I intend to do at my class.
I specialized in Vinyasa Flow Yoga which is a dynamic type of yoga, but whithout loosing its spiritual benefits and features. It’s the perfect balance between relaxation, work-out and spirituality.
